خلطة توابل أرز مندي اللحمة Mutton mandi rice seasoning

المقادير (لكل 1 كجم أرز بسمتي):

• 1 كجم أرز بسمتي (منقوع 30 دقيقة)

• 200 جم بصل مفروم

• 50 جم سمن أو زبدة (أو زيت نباتي)

• 115 جم توابل الأرز المندي

•  ماء ساخن

طريقة التحضير:

اغسل الأرز جيداً وانقعه في ماء فاتر لمدة 30 دقيقة ثم صفِّه.
في قدر واسع، سخّن السمن أو الزيت وأضف البصل حتى يكتسب لوناً ذهبياً.
أضف توابل الأرز المندي وقلّب مع البصل لدقيقة.
أضف الأرز المصفى مع الماء الساخن، وحرّك برفق مرة واحدة.
غطِّ القدر واتركه على نار هادئة حتى ينضج الأرز ويصبح مفلفلاً.

Ingredients (for 1 kg Basmati rice):

• 1kg Basmati rice (soaked for 30 minutes)

•  200g chopped onion

• 50g ghee or butter (or vegetable oil)

• 115g Mandi Rice Spice Mix

•  water

Preparation Method:

Wash the rice well, soak it in warm water for 30 minutes, then drain.
In a large pot, heat the ghee or oil and sauté the onion until golden.
Add the Mandi Rice Spice Mix and stir with the onion for one minute.
Add the drained rice with the hot water and stir gently once.
Cover the pot and cook on low heat until the rice is fluffy and fully cooked
