الشروط والأحكام (Terms & Conditions)

باستخدامك لموقعنا أو بإتمام أي طلب أونلاين من خلاله، فأنت توافق على الالتزام بجميع الشروط والأحكام التالية:
- الطلبات
- يتم تأكيد الطلب فقط بعد استلام رسالة تأكيد من فريقنا عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب.
- لا يوجد حد أدنى للطلب.
- في حالة عدم توفر صنف معين سيتم إبلاغك فوراً واقتراح بدائل مناسبة.
- الدفع
- نوفر لك طرق دفع متعددة: الدفع عند الاستلام كاش أو الدفع أونلاين.
- بالنسبة لطلبات الكميات الكبيرة (أكثر من 25 كيلو) أو طلبات الجملة، يتم الدفع مقدماً بنسبة 100% من قيمة الفاتورة، ويتم تأكيد الطلب من خلال التواصل عبر الأرقام الموضحة على الموقع أو الواتساب الرسمي للشركة.
- الأسعار شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
- التوصيل
- خدمة التوصيل متاحة داخل جمهورية مصر العربية حالياً.
- رسوم التوصيل تختلف حسب موقعك الجغرافي وسيتم إبلاغك بها قبل تأكيد الطلب.
- مواعيد التوصيل تعتمد على حجم الطلب والضغط في وقت التنفيذ، ونسعى دائماً لتسليم طلبك في أقرب وقت ممكن.
- لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن تأخير استلام الطلبات الناتج عن شركات الشحن، باعتبارها طرفاً وسيطاً في عملية التوصيل.
- الإلغاء والاسترجاع
- يمكنك إلغاء الطلب خلال ساعتين (2) من وقت التأكيد فقط في حال تم الدفع أونلاين أو في حال اختيار الدفع عند الاستلام، وذلك من خلال التواصل مع الشركة عبر الأرقام الموضحة على الموقع أو عبر الواتساب الرسمي.
- لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد شحنه. وفي حال الإلغاء بعد الشحن يتم خصم قيمة الشحن والارتجاع من إجمالي الفاتورة طبقاً لرسوم شركة الشحن حسب المنطقة.
- في حالة وجود مشكلة في الطلب (خطأ في الأصناف/التغليف/التوصيل) يجب عليك التواصل معنا فوراً خلال ساعة واحدة من استلام الطلب لمعالجة المشكلة.
- يحق لك استرجاع المنتج خلال سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، شريطة أن يكون في حالته الأصلية، غير مفتوح وغير مستخدم، وبكامل تغليفه الأصلي. ويتم تنفيذ عملية الارتجاع على نفقة العميل، ما لم يكن سبب الاسترجاع ناتجاً عن خطأ من الشركة.
- الجودة والسلامة
- تلتزم الشركة بتطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة الغذائية في جميع منتجاتها.
- تقع عليك مسؤولية الالتزام بشروط التخزين المدوّنة على عبوة المنتج أو المبينة على موقع الشركة.
- لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن تلف المنتجات الناتج عن سوء التخزين أو الاستخدام غير الصحيح، مع ضرورة الالتزام بدليل التشغيل والنسب الموضحة على الموقع أو المرسلة من خلال الشركة.
- حماية البيانات
- تلتزم الشركة بالحفاظ على سرية بياناتك وعدم مشاركتها إلا في الحدود اللازمة لإتمام طلبك، مثل مشاركتها مع شركات الشحن أو شركة الدفع أونلاين، أو كما يقتضيه القانون.
- الملكية الفكرية
- جميع حقوق النشر والتصميمات والصور والمحتوى على موقعنا مملوكة لموقع بيروت 66.
- لا يجوز إعادة استخدامها أو نسخها أو استغلالها بأي شكل دون إذن كتابي مسبق من الشركة.
- أوصاف المنتجات والأسعار
- تبذل الشركة قصارى جهدها لتوفير أوصاف دقيقة وحديثة للمنتجات والأسعار، ومع ذلك تحتفظ الشركة بحق تعديل أو تحديث هذه المعلومات في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق.
- تعديلات الشروط
- نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، وسيتم تحديثها على الموقع فوراً.
- استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد نشر أي تعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.

By using our website or completing any online order through it, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:
- Orders
- An order is only confirmed after receiving a confirmation message from our team via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- There is no minimum order requirement.
- In case a certain item is unavailable, you will be notified immediately and offered suitable alternatives.
- Payment
- We provide multiple payment options: cash on delivery or online payment.
- For bulk orders (over 25 kg) or wholesale purchases, full payment (100% of the invoice value) is required in advance, and the order is confirmed by contacting us through the numbers listed on the website or via the company’s official WhatsApp.
- Prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Delivery
- Delivery service is currently available within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Delivery charges vary depending on your location and will be communicated before order confirmation.
- Delivery times depend on the order size and workload at the time of processing. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- The company assumes no responsibility for delivery delays caused by shipping companies, as they are considered an intermediary party in the delivery process.
- Cancellation & Returns
- You may cancel your order within two (2) hours of confirmation, whether paid online or cash on delivery, by contacting the company via the numbers provided on the website or through the official WhatsApp.
- Orders cannot be canceled after being shipped. If canceled after shipping, the cost of shipping and return will be deducted from the total invoice according to the courier’s fees by region.
- In case of any issue with your order (wrong items/packaging/delivery), you must contact us immediately within one (1) hour of receiving the order so we can resolve the issue.
- You are entitled to return the product within seven (7) days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the reason for return is due to a company error.
- Quality & Safety
- The company is committed to applying the highest standards of food quality and safety in all its products.
- You are responsible for complying with the storage instructions provided on the product packaging or stated on the company’s website.
- The company bears no responsibility for product damage resulting from improper storage or misuse. Please follow the usage instructions and proportions provided on the website or sent by the company.
- Data Protection
- The company is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your data and will not share it except as necessary to complete your order, such as with shipping companies or the online payment provider, or as required by law.
- Intellectual Property
- All copyrights, designs, images, and content on our website are the property of Beirut 66.
- They may not be reused, copied, or exploited in any way without prior written consent from the company.
- Product Descriptions & Pricing
- The company makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions and pricing. However, it reserves the right to modify or update this information at any time without prior notice.
- Amendments to Terms
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published immediately on the website.
