طريقة التشغيل
50 grams per kilo of chickpeas, soaked for 12 hours and finely chopped, or one kilo of fava beans, or one kilo of mix (beans + chickpeas), with the addition of 100 grams of chopped onions and 25 grams of fresh garlic. Mix the ingredients well. Consider adding 5 grams of soda bicarbonate and leave the mixture to rest for 5 minutes after adding the sods bicarbonate before frying.
