يُستخدم 35 جرام من الخلطة لكل كيلو جرام الدجاج.
تُذاب الكمية المحددة في 100 مل من الماء، ثم تُخلط جيدًا مع الدجاج وتُقلب حتى تتوزع بالتساوي. يُغطى الخليط ويُترك في الثلاجة لمدة لا تقل عن ساعتين.
