Operating Instructions – Wet Marinade for Boneless Chicken Seasoning

Use 25–30 grams of the chicken seasoning per 1 kg of boneless chicken.

Dissolve the seasoning in approximately 80–100 ml of water per 1 kg of chicken and mix thoroughly.

Cover the chicken and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours and up to 48 hours, depending on preference.
